How to transport Standard Table Entries from One Landscape to Other Landscape?

I want to transport Table Entries of Standard Tables EDSAPPL and EDISDEF but from One Landscape to Another Landscape.
Is it possible?
Is SM30 Table Maintenance mandatory for the same?

Hi,

You can follow KBA 1536903 but entering R3TR TABU <table_name> with the corresponding table key you want to transport
