How to test a 3pl warehouse without the communication with the WMS

Hi team,

We are in an integration between s4 public and a WMS using CPI, all the scope item 1ZQ was completed and now the outgoing messages are being sent successfully but we can't get any response because the WMS needs to finish their configuration, I have done the same process in SAP ByD  and there there is workcenter call it "THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS" to confirm inbound and outbound movements directly in SAP without the WMS.

Do you know if something similar exists in S4 Public Cloud, or how I can process GR/GI movements without the WMS in a 3PL Warehouse?
