How to stop 261 K from EWM

Hi Experts,

I would like to understand how 261 K postings gets initiated from EWM which will post 261 K in ECC. As per my understanding vendor consignment stock shall be taken to own stock and then it will be consumed from own stock. Right now we are seeing for planned order for which delivery is created and picking WT created in EWM and postings triggered with 261 K. I am still to get confirmation about scenario but can any one confirm me how we can stop 261 K in ECC. Please confirm on configuration settings. This is impacting in their stock reconciliation.

Hello Prashant,

You can remove the movement type assignment from ECC 261+K to EWM 261+k, Instead of this you should assign 261+K ECC to 311 K to EWM, then your problem will be resolved!

Thanks for reply. As you understand there are no movement types in EWM .We don't want system to consume material from consignment stock. I guess I clearly mentioned in my question. This is related to Vendor consignement stock consumption.
