How to see change log of FWO in SAP TM?

I don't know how to see the change log of FWO in SAP TM system. Could you guide me?

The changes are displayed on the Change Documents tab page on the user interfaces of the business documents.

P.S.: The Change Documents tab page is not shown by default. However, you can display it with the pushbutton for personalizing your user interface.
