How to retrieve JAM ADMIN Password?

We have lost our JAM Admin Passwords. How to retrieve these passwords?

Hello

Assuming you have changed the SFADMIN email to one of your organizational user email address after SAP provisioned the SuccessFactor system to you, you can request the password using the "Forgot Password" link.

Hence maybe a good practice is to change that email address always first instead of keeping it as default.

Most SAP Jam instances are integrated with SuccessFactors.

Access to SAP Jam is determined by permission from SuccessFactors.

If you can access SuccessFactors > and the Admin has granted you permission to access SAP Jam > unless there is a related user sync issue > the SAP Jam link can be found under the Home drop down.

To answer your question regarding SAP Jam passwords:

SAP Jam doesn't need a password because users are authenticated via SuccessFactors login when SAP Jam is integrated.

Can you confirm access to SuccessFactors please?

If you can access SuccessFactors > do you see a link to SAP Jam?

Does the link work or do you receive an error?

SAP would help to reset the PASSWORD via OSS created by the OWNER of the JAM and HCI for that company.

OSS ticket....We had similar issue...But, you approval email form company admin..  When SAP sets up the  system., there is one company administrator who gets all JAM and HCI  admin access
