How to reset the setup settings for a resource to which the setup matrix has been applied

The following setup matrix is available.

In our factory, we reset the resource setup settings at the beginning of a holiday. (←This is the most important point)
So when we produce FG1 after the holiday, we want to apply No. 5 in the matrix. But before the holiday, FG2 was produced, so No. 4 is applied. I do not want this system to work.
Please see the image for details. Is there any way to apply No.5 instead of No.4 in this case?

What settings do I need to make? Is my way of creating the matrix correct? Please advise.
