How to remove Actions from the Right CLick menu in FSM Planning and Dispatching?

Hello team, we need to remove the option "Cancel" from the Planning and Dispatching right click menu, where is that configured? Thank you

Go to the Dispatching Board

Click with the Right Click on the Activity located in the Planning List

We need to remove actions such as 'Cancel'

Hello!

In order to remove possible actions from the Right Click menu, you can go to User Policy Groups, open the relevant Policy Group and navigate to UI Configuration. There, under Activity, you can disable the checkboxes 'PLANNER_CAN_CLOSE' and/or 'PLANNER_CAN_CANCEL' which will deactivate these buttons from the Menu. They'll still be visible, but not clickable.
