How to reduce data volue for create new client?

Hi, I'm Satsuki,

I try to reduce data volume of each client for create new client. RESB looks biggest table so that I think when I archive RESB table, the data volume is reduced a lot. But I got an advice whatever I archive RESB table, data volume is not reduced. Example, If I archive RESB table has 90G, the data volume reduce just 600MB.

I have 3 question

1. RESB archive does not make sense for reducing data volume?

2. Which table ought to archive for reducing data table?

3. which is the best solution for reduce data volume.

Hi Satsuki,

Usually archiving or deleting data from tables won't release space until reorganization is performed. It also depends on the database and relevant features in use.

Thank you for your answer.

When I exported from client I selected very short term, only RESB table. So when the generating, data volume did not decrease.

I ought to select every table period caring consistency.
