How to print material GR Label after Goods receipt in inbound process

Hello Mohan

It depends on your process setup and what data you want to print and fetch from where.

If you need to trigger printing from EWM , then as Daniil has already said you need to setup PPF function for either Warehouse orders or HU .

Please check SAP help for more info on how to print WO or HU from EWM PPF

In case, you need to print GR documents in S4 CORE or ECC, then you need to setup output message determination in S4 CORE/ECC.

there are multiple output type and form templates available in standard SAP. you can utilize on e of them. These outputs you need to configure for material documents output.

see below example I just printed using one of the available standard output type.

Hi Mohan,

you can print in EWM with WHO or with HU, check PPF functionality.
