Is it possilbe to not have visibility to data for certain key figures at an aggregated level in IBP? We would like to see the key figure data at the lowest level but at an aggregated level, we have a request to not see that same data at an aggregated level but rather have it blank/nothing there at the aggregated level.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Melanie -
There can't be a KF without the calc logic at the request level. And it doesn't make sense to make zero/null at request level using any 'if' condition as the value that gets displayed in the planning view at any level, even 'aggregated' (> base planning level of kf) is always inherited from the logic you write at the request level.
Accordingly, to my knowledge, it's not possible to achieve what you are asking. But i shall be interested to know in what requirement do you need this feature. Probably, that requirement should be good if you choose to go with avg aggregation?
However, I shall also be interested to see how this can be achieved if someone from the community can help.
PS: multiple planning levels / creating dummy kf and then copy: this does't work to my knowledge, in case you are thinking of this already.
Thanks,
Regards - Guru
