How to modify our 'Time profile' if we have data in our Planning Area ?

Hi IBP experts,

We have data in our Planning Area

1 ) How to adjust/modify/correct our 'Time profile' (Time Periods / Planning Horizon) in the past if we have data in our Planning Area ?

2 ) The Planning Horizon for Planning area is

130 Technical Weeks in the past

104 Weeks in the past

This way it opens the planning view from TW23 - 18 and Week 34-18.

The issue is happening because of this gap in the planning horizon between TW and Weeks.

3 ) Please let us know the options or check list of activities to follow to avoid any data loss or unexpected system behaviour if we want to adjust/modify/correct our 'Time Profile'.

Please let us know the performance issues/issues/errors we may face if we adjust/modify/correct our 'Time profile' to have planning horizon (Time Periods) from past 3 years for both 'WEEK' and 'TECHNICAL WEEK'.
