How to make hard reservation for production order

Dear team 

Production order reservation is soft allocation how we can convert it to hard allocation so no other order can tag inventory?

1. For the header material （Finished material） in the production order, the "Strategy Group" in MRP 3 should be MTO (ex. 20).

2. For the component, the "Individual/coll." in MRP4 should be 1.

3. And there is a Sales order for the Finished material, and the production order should link the sales order (Which means the requirement from the sales order, then run MRP to generate the Planed order, then transfer the planned order into production order).

4. For the component "Individual/coll." =1, the stock should be link the sales order, and for the order production order cannot use this material's stock.
