How to maintain different Evaluation Profile for Fiori App ' Monitor Capacity Utilization'

Hi All,

I am new in S4 HANA PPDS. I am trying to explore the FIORI APP '

' Monitor Capacity Utilization'.

But I found there is a single Evaluation Profile ' SAP Standard Capacity Utilization Profile' is displaying in the dropdown.

Can anyone please suggest on my below queries :

1) What is the role of this evaluation Profile in this Fiori report?

2) Where it is being configured ,as I am not sure about that ?

3) How to create multiple Evaluation Profile?

Hi Nirmalya,

The role of evaluation profile is to define the scope for capacity utilization. For more information please visit http://help.sap.com/s4hana select appropriate release. Navigate to Enterprise Business Applications > Manufacturing>Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS)>Fiori Apps in PP/DS>Monitor Capacity Utilization.

The configuration path is SPRO>Advance Planning>Apps for Material Requirement Planning >General Settings > Define Evaluation Profile for Capacity Utilization.

Through this path you can create multiple profiles and create the required scope. Please note that these profiles are independent of plant. This has three options account manufacturing orders, scheduled operations, deallocated operations. You can define percentages of utilizations.
