How to lock / unlock Data Slice on the fly

Hi folks,

I have created a Data Slice (DS) in my Real-Time Infoprovider, this data slice is set to Active.

However I want to run a Planning Function (PF) inside a Analysis for Office (AO) Workbook (WB).

This PF will generate some data that is locked by the Data Slice.

How can I deactivate the DS to run my PF and the activate te DS again?

The main goal is something like a button in the AO WB that would do the following steps:
1) Deactivate / Unlock Data Slice
2) Generate and Save the Data
3) Activate / Lock Data Slice
