How to get Crowd Partner as a plannable resource on the Dispatching Board SAP FSM?

Hi Experts,

We are trying to enable the crowd workforce in our SAP FSM environment. We are able to send invitation, get the Crowd partner registration done. But the crowd partner which is created as Partner Admin in the Users list is not getting created as a plannable resource because of which we are unable to see the Partner Admin on the dispatching board. For some instances It is present in the People List but from there also we are unable to enable the Plannable Resource. It is showing the notification that 'Changes on this object are blocked until synchronization is completed' but it is not getting unblocked even after a complete day.

Please can you suggest why this is happening and how to resolve this?
