My requirement is, after generating each pp/ds planned orders, immediately one more planned order has to generate for cleaning the resource.

APO provides the ability to use setup / clean-out order creation using campaign planning by using the configuration for setup matrix and other prerequisites. The following link would be helpful for what you want to achieve.
