How to find the Planned Order that was used in the creation of Purchase Requisition?

Greetings, I had a question I was hoping someone could help with. My colleague is taking Planned Orders from MD16 everyday and converting them into PR’s. I have a list of the subsequent PR’s that are created, but from this list of PR’s I need to know how to determine what Planned Order number it was fulfilling when created?

I thought I could go to ME53N, lookup the PR and then view the Planned Order number from the ‘Account Assignment’ tab. However, for some reason there is no Account Assignment tab available in ME53N. To further complicate things, I do not have access to SE16N, so I cannot view any tables in the background.

Does anyone have an ideas or additional transactions I could try to bridge the gap and find out what Planned Orders are associated with which PR's?

Thanks in advance.

Once Purchase Requisition is converted from planned order then SAP deleted the planned order to PLAF table. So you can related planned order with purchase requisitions.
