How to find materials which were not counted in the EWM (physical inventory)

Hello,

could someone tell me how to check the last inventory counting of each material in EWM? I mean the situation when: I have some physical stock in the warehouse and some time ago I performed the standard inventory counting based on physical inventory documents for all stock in the warehouse (annual physical inventory). Now after some time I have some new materials in stock and want to count only these materials which were not counted yet. How to recognize which materials (which I have currently on stock) were counted already and which not?

Hi Grzegorz,

General procedure is that warehouse stops receiving and picking activities during inventory count, to ensure that all bins are counted. You can take a dump of product stock before you start creating PI doc, this is to compare later once you complete the count.

or you can try with

thank you so much for the tip. However, I am not sure if this is what I need. In my warehouse there are batch-managed materials. I've created a list using /SCWM/MON and /SCWM/PI_COMPL_CHECK as well, but as a result I see only products without any batch.

Here I have a problem: the same product (which is stored with 3 different batches on physical stock) is shown in the list as completed with 100% or "X" (already complete), although in fact only 2 of 3 batches were counted. For the third batch the goods receipt was made after the counting of the rest 2 batches, so I think the percentage of completed products shoud not be equal 100%. I'm I right, or maybe I don't understand this functionality very well? How can I check which material + batch was counted or not?

Hi Grzegorz, counting is on the Product level and system notice it in the /LIME/PI_ADMI table. On the counting time counting was completely done, therefore it is completely done for this product ( in this Inventory Year ). I am not sure if you can track it with batch in standard. You want to have every quant to be counted?

yes, I want to have every quant to be counted. I want to verify which quant has been already counted and which not. So the conclusion is, that it is not possible in standard?

I do not know way to do it. So let's say it is not possible in Standard.
