How to enable Two-Factor Authentication for all users in the SAP FSM Cloud Account

Hello,

We want to enable Two-Factor Authentication for our SAP FSM account for all users. It seems to work only with login with account name and password (it is admin user).

Two-Factor Authentication is not working for all the rest of the users. It only works for the Admin.

Does SAP FSM support Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) login for all users for customers account?

Could you please help us on this topic?

Hi,

Two-Factor Authentication/ Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) is not possible for customer scenarios. It is for SUPPORT / ADMIN accounts only.

If a customer wants to leverage MFA they have to leverage it thorough their own IdP or SAP IAS.
