how to enable open setting dialog in snc powl query

Hi all,

I am new to working with SCM systems: SNC portal, POWL.

I had requirment to enable customize settings for output data. I found open dialog setting icon in POWL_QUERY as shown in below image. by clicking the Settings button in the shape of a wrench which is found toward the right of the screen near the area where the data is displayed. using it, the changes in data has been made.

In custom query(POWL), I need to add/enable open dialog settings in highlighted area for customizing the output data in the custom query report (like changing the column-order, hide/show fields in table, sort or other). can you help me, how to enable/use in custom report?
