how to enable & Create Tools manually in FSM

Hi,

We have setup integration between C4C & FSM, and we have enabled CoreSystems.CoresystemsFSM.Tool.Reservation.Enabled the value we have kept "true" value we have CoreSystems.CoresystemsFSM.Tool.Reservation.Type the value we have kept "FSM" in Company Settings and also in the settings & Configuration > Planning & Dispatching > Tools it has been enabled and in the reserve tools we have selected cloud, but we could not able to Create the tools & even there is no tools tab in the activity so can any one guide is there anything we have missed out in enabling tools, and also help in, how to create tools manually in FSM.

looks like the permissions to create tools is not there !! please check with your admin to see if you have valid permissions!! or check if you have ui configuraiton enabled ?

Hi Kunal,

I gave the Permission & UI Configuration even after that we cant able to create tools or see too tab is there any changes we have to do.
