Hi Venu,

in each planning view, irrespective of its definition, you can drill down to the storage bucket profile which shows you the data exactly in the way you want to see it, incl. also the split weeks.

Simply go to your planning view and switch the bucket granularity from the configured one (e.g. month) to the storage bucket profile.

P.S. Here is some more information to help you understand the basic concept:

Hi Rahul,

Thanks for the response.

Lets take this month(May). I will have 4 full weeks and 2 split weeks

4 full weeks: 2-8, 9-15,16-22,23-29

2 split weeks: 25th april-1st may(week 18)

                      30 may - 5th june(week23)

If i open my planning book with Weekly bucket profile..i want to display the full weeks(19W.M5, 20W.M5, 21W.M5 and 22W.M5) as well as split weeks 18W.M4, 18W.M5 , 23W.M5 and 23W.M6

thanks,

Venu..

Venu,

I am sure you are able to see weekly buckets as per the dates which falls in that week. From your example; 1st May lies in 18th week which is the case and you are forecasting on weekly bucket. But now you are mixing week with the month to see them separately. Not sure what benefit its going to bring you if you are forecasting on weekly bucket. On the other hand, if you are releasing the DP forecast to SNP on daily bucket anyways you can use daily bucket profile for this.

Rahul
