How to display all RBA04 Product Subsitution Procedure changes and Log History?

We need to display all RBA04 Product Subsitution Procedure changes or versioning logs with users who made the change and date/time periods. Will someone assist with providing the transaction or steps to pull a report of these changes?

Do change documentation need to be activated? Is there a report or transaction that can be used?

Please assist? Thanks!

Dear James,

I'm sorry, but there is no history recording or log or transaction to check for changes in /SAPAPO/RBA04 transaction. So you should be careful who has authorization for this transaction.
