How to display 3D load plan screen on Transportation cockpit on SAP TM

Dear experts,

I'd like to know about 3D load plan screen on Transportation cockpit on SAP TM.

I' d like to display 3D load plan screen , however , nothing is displayed even if I select some FOs.

(Please look at attached screen shot.)

I think SAP note # 2211175 has relation to my occation but I have no confidence.

Therefore I'd like to ask you about below 3 questions.

1, Does SAP note # 2211175 have any relation to my occation?

2, If yes, do I have to maintain SAP Visual Business 2.1 on my laptop?

Did you also fill the dimensions in the bottom of the capacity tab of the resource master? Maybe below link will help you:

Hi Okawa,

Perhaps an obvious one: did you maintain resource dimensions in your resource master data?
Did you assign a resource to the Freight Order? I can't see that in your screenshot.

Hello,

The root cause for the 3D load staying empty: The Cockpit is generic UI that is used for different features like the Carrier Selection or the Transportation Cockpit/planning. To distinguish this, the UI is called with a URL parameter context. In previous releases, the Transportation Cockpit has the context=0. This was extend and now the right value is context=00. So please start either the Transportation Cockpit with the Fiori launchpad (and the latest UI roles) or if you still want to use the NWBC HTML client, please update the corresponding PFCG role / the link to the Transportation Cockpit so that the right context is set with 00 instead of 0. See also the attached screenshot of the PFCG transaction.

Afterwards, the Transportation Cockpit is called with the right context and the 3D load plan is displayed correctly.

Therefore do I have to install Visual Business on my PC?

In below SAP help , I found path where I get Visual Business.

I maintained where you told me (In the bottom of the capacity tab of the resource master).

But no data is still displayed in Transportation Cockpit.

I think Visual Business 2.1 is necessary to display any data , is this correct?

(Gantt Chart and Map can be displayed in Transportation Cockpit now.)

I checked what you mentioned.

(Whether resource is assigned to and resource master data)

However , unfortunately , resource master data is maintained but no data is displayed in transportation cockpit.
