You may have to rephrase your query in a more detailed manner. When you say Delivery note, is it an outbound delivery created via vl10* ? If so, did you check whether the delivery is attached to shipment ? If so, first you need to unassign from shipment after which, you can reverse the goods issue followed by deletion of delivery

Yes its a Outbound delivery,
there is no material mentioned/ added in delivery.
Regarding shipment status is - > planning started.
also there is shipment cost -> which is archived and created in 2016

Can we unassign delivery from shipment if shipment cost is archived?
