How to customize authorization to release a GTS blocked ODO in EWM?

Dear GTS experts,

we have successfully maintained SAP EWM/GTS integration in the S/4HANA system landscape and everything is working fine.

Apart from a problem we are facing now. We want to customize the authorisation to release the GTS-blocked ODO within the transaction /n/SCWM/PRDO on item level.

Does anybody from you know where or how we can suppress this function for a standard user and grant it to a team lead or manager?

I already know this document and unfortunately it does not contain a description to maintain the authorisation itself.
