How to create Destination HU automatically during adhoc warehouse task creation

Hi Amit,

1) Create new WPT ( 9998 ).

2) Create new WOCR ( with fliter as WPT 9998 ).

3) Assign the new WOCR to all the storage types with activity INTL

4) In WOCR maintain pack profile.

5) Maintain the pick hu bin in /SCWM/SEBA ( here you need to maintain against activity INTL )

In my opinion it is not possible for product warehouse task.

The HU can be automatically pointed by using of work-center 9999 in t-code /SCWM/PACK.

You can paste your storage bins (where you want to move the product or HU)

And use the method drag & drop

Or just use the "repack product" tab:

In this tab the system automatically will propose the destination HU.

Means your destination storage type bins 7007-351-011-08/A,7007-351-012-04A is your packing work center?

...not sure but worth to give it a try -

create a new WPT and a new WOCR. Assign packing profile to WOCR which creates an HU during WO creation. Assign the WOCR to the WPT and observe what's happening (WOCR might create a destination HU for you).

...one more thing. I think you need to sort the source bins for activity INTL and assign a start bin to the activitiy area. As far as I remember EWM will create the HU on the startbin (remember to set the HU creation flags in the packing profile) and upon WO confirmation a HU WT will be created with the same destination as the product WT. Product WT will get the new HU as destination.
