How to create a mass upload for a custom apps in S4HANA Public Cloud.

We have a request where in we need to have a mass upload to one of our custom apps. 

May I know how we can create it?

if you're talking about custom apps in the context of "Custom Business Objects" as part of key-user extensibility in S/4HANA Cloud, there is a possibility to mass upload data into the CBO via Excel. Please refer to the following blog for the detailed steps on this.
