How to create a credit analyst group

I’m working on the configuration to use FSCM Credit management. Part of this configuration is ‘documented credit decision’. So far this is working fine with assigning one credit analyst to a BP. I have created an employee with role BUP003. But I like to assign multiple credit analysts to one BP, of course you need a backup. To get this working correctly I think I have to assign a ‘credit analyst group’. This group should contain multiple credit analysts. Each credit analyst can release the credit checks in ukm_my_dcds.

Can anybody help me how to create a credit analyst group? or advise me how to solve the problem to assign multiple credit analysts for a BP?

please help!

Hi Tom - the only way in standard to get a DCD to go to multiple people is by using the Situation Handling framework. This will allow you to assign groups of users. Not sure what version of SAP you are using but here is the help Refer https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_S4HANA_ON-PREMISE/3cb1182b4a184bdd93f8d62e3f1f0741/980df5b507324169ae8...

Thanks Marc,

I have tried to assign more analysts under category TUKMBS0. But SAP will only assign the dcd to the first analyst in the row. The second analyst will not get the dcd on his/her name.

I also created a BP-group and assigned it to the customer (both TUKMBS0 and TUKMBSG). The analysts are assigned to the new BP group. Then the dcd is not assigned to anyone. It looks that a dcd can only be assigned to an employee.

Any other solution? It looks like a bug to me.

Thanks in advance,

tom

Hi Tom,

You can assign multiple credit analysts to a BP using the relationships. Just add more than one BP Employee using the relationship category in credit management is managed by.

To create groups, you first need to create groups as BP's themselves, using the BP type "Group" (not person, or organization). Then link these groups to the BP employees using relationship category is in credit analyst group.

Cheers
