How to control the roles and authorization?

Hi!!

we have a lot of created roles and more than 250 users.

Now i need to create roles based on Process and function in our company.

Could anyone please tell me how to seggregate and assign ?

Hi Kaushik,

Its all depend on how much data you have, see if you are having so much user then you should create role based on the process, if you are having very less number of users then you can go for user specific roles.

But the process specific role is better, just because you didn't know how many user can increased in near future so if you used process based roles then it will be easy.
