How to confirm the ATP quantities for planned order in APO system

Hi All,

I have a typical requriement. When the planned order is created in the APO system, it should confirm the quantities and ATP quantities should be reduced to the extent of planned order quantity.

In ECC system, I am able to do it by activating the check box 'Activate full confirmation logic' for the MRP group, with planned order created in ECC system. As a result of it, the ATP quantities are updated in the CO09. But when the planned order is created in APO system then ATP quantities are not updated, for the same loaction product combination.

Can any one help?

Hello,

You can check the following PPDS customization

Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS)-->Global Settings-->Maintain Global Parameters and Defaults

In the Execute tab you will find "Correlation Calculat. Mode" in APO this controls this behavior. Unfortunately its a global setting.

For APO managed products you can use /SAPAPO/RRP8 - Perform ATP Check for REM Planned Orders

report /SAPAPO/RRP_ORDER_ATP_CHECK,

Also BAdI /SAPAPO/RRP_ATPCHECK can help for customer specific requirements.
