How to configure in step Relationship Replication from SAP S/4HANA on permise to SAP FSM

I have read document Integration with SAP Field Service Management but I do not understand in topic 3.3.2.2 Business Partner/Relationship Replication from SAP S/4HANA to SAP Field Service Management Context.
How do I have to start setting up? Do you have Capture this step?
