How to clear a blocked status for outbound delivery in EWM

We have outbound deliveries in the system that cannot be closed out due to blocked status in the OD. We are on a decentralized EWM. See example below. Having trouble on finding a way to clear the status so the OD can be processed. Is there a transaction or process available in to clear these?

Hi,

the first step would be to use the "check" button on header level, this could give you an indication what the problem is, from there you can go and try to get the document green.

Thank you Juergen. In this case we get the below error and are investigating how to go about correcting it. I should also mention that the STO referenced on the OD does have corresponding serial numbers on it so we're uncertain why we are receiving this error with the OD

Also see that the OD only has one serial number in it, yet the STO for the OD shows all 120 serial numbers. Cannot add or delete serial numbers directly in OD so unsure how to solve this one.

Have you checked that if it is inconsistent between stock quantity (delivery quantity) and serial numbers quantity.
