How to change the display view for a Queue in SMQ2 in EWM ??

Hello Experts

I am not able to view the error in the queue stuck in SMQ2 in EWM.

I can't find the errors/cause of the stuck queue ,also the view seems different then what I normally see. PFB

There is no display program registered for queues.
