How to cancel delivery after GR in decentralized system

Hello everyone,

I am trying to cancel an Inbound Delivery after GR in a decentralised system. To just reverse it in PRDI is not possible as it is already distibuted. When I use MIGO I get the Error Message VLA302. The same happens when I use the transaction VL09. I get the error message VL633.

Do you have any idea how to fix this? Thanks for your help.

Hi Jan,

If the delivery DCO status is '9' its said to be fully completed. If putaway is completed for the inbound delivery, Its not possible to reverse the goods receipt .You must use a return delivery in that case.

Hi Jan,

if GR is completed in EWM, reverse it and apply process code and change the quantity to 0, you will be able to create new delivery using same reference document.

thanks for your fast answer. With what transaction would you reverse it and change the quantity to zero? Both in VL01N or where?

From /n/scwm/prdi, using 'Reverse Goods Reciept' option.

That is not possible anymore as all the WT are already booked. The error message /SCWM/GOODS_MOVEMENT009 says it is not possible because the status DCO is already set. The GR was confirmed already. And that is the problem.
