How to calculate equations with Sigma?

How can i calculate the the equation having sigma?

For example :

is there any predefined function to calculate this equation or do we need to break the equation and loop it?

Please help with this.

if this is an EWM question: I am pretty sure that it only works if there is an empty bin available.
