How to add a discount and VAT amount to service call in FSM mobile app?

We have a requirement where the technician visits the customer's place and they need to collect the money as well.

Kindly help us in this issue.

Hello

This functions are available through the Sales Order DTO, that can be created from it's module on Mobile. Here's the documentation for it: https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_FIELD_SERVICE_MANAGEMENT/fsm_mobile/sales-orders.html

With the correct permissions on the User Policy Group this module is available for any mobile user.
