how to auto update text from DO document to material document when post goods issue

Hi to all,

We do some ehancements on the DO screen, where there are many text fields in the header text in DO. Is there any way that when I post goods issue DO, one field in this header text can automatically update to the header text of material document and accounting document?

Please anyone suggest me.

Hello,
You can achieve this by using a user medicare card exit or BAdI (Business Add-In) in SAP. Specifically, you can use the USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT or USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE in the included MV50AFZ1. These exits allow you to update the header text of the material document and accounting document automatically when posting a goods issue.
