How to adjust freight unit to reflect shipment ending in a customer pickup

We are having an issue with freight units constantly needing to be blocked because the delivery hasn't been completed. Wondering if there is a way to complete this delivery in the TM system.

Ex. product is order and order is pushed through on an STO that has been created as TM relevant with incoterms set as DAP. This is delivering from point A to point D via point B and C so there are 3 stages on the freight unit. When the shipment arrives at point C the customer (from point D) decides they would like to pick up the product from point C.

How do we complete this delivery without changing the original order and without charging the customer for the "freight" from point C -D. Currently we are blocking the final stage and then it sits in the cockpit forever. Is there a way to set the final stage as completed or as a pick up?

HI Kaitii,

In your selection profile exclude the blocked document for planning will not be visible in TC.

If this scenario you always will not planning this stage them you can use the Stage profile and make it not relevant for planning.
