How to add/create a new record/row in real time info cube using IP (Integrated Planning)

Hello All,

I am totally new to IP and currently have been exploring different things. I have gone through the basic part of IP and one answer to my question is to use RSINPUT tcode to create a new record but requirement is to create a new transaction data record using input ready BEx query/WAD template.

Could you please let me know if its possible or not? and if its possible then how it can be done?
