How Sequence of Stages are determined in the Freight Order

Hi,

How Sequence of Stages(which customer to be first,,) are determined in the Freight Order when multiple Freight Units are consolidated into single Freight Order.

Example:

Road Freight Order(FO) is created from Freight Units Worklist, Capacity Document->Create One for Multiple Requirement Documents

1) Whether system will consider always FU1 stage first in the FO?

2) How stages are build in the Stages tab of the FO (Sequence of Customers are determined?)
