Currently i am working for a client having both shipper and lsp processes. He do provide the transportation services to his own subsidiaries also to external customers. He do manages his shipping requirements with his own subsidiary company as well as external vendors. We are working on S/4 Hana Embedded TM.
I would like to understand how can we distinguish the master data from the shipper and lsp perspective.
Like one time master Plants/shipping are not needed in case of LSP as we are directly transport the goods from customer location to the customer requested locations.
Like wise what are the exact master data required or not required in case of LSP scenario.
For shipper we need...
Transportation zones, Customer Location, Product Location, Plant Location, Shipping point location.
Transportation network like Lanes, Default routes, Vehicle Resources, Calendar Resource, Driver resource..
