How I can automate my import process.

Hi All

I am new to import process so want to know in india how i can automate my import process with standard t-code. Right now my client is working with 'Z' T-Codes.

Steps we follow-

PO-> Inbound-> create consignment-> update consignment ( here enter exchange rate, lading number, freight in rs and foreign currency and CHA cost ->then bill of entry in which i have to match assesable value, duty, IV value -> miro for custom, original vendor, freight and CHA vendor.

Time wasted in - Collecting data from mail, if po items are large in no. then entering it and entering qty and price, if duty is wrong and conditions not maintained.
