We are attempting to show our client how forecasting models work. They are asking us for any documentation SAP has that could help them understand the formulas and processes that the system executes in order to obtain the results they're expecting. We are expecting to see in the documentation the usage of the different factors tha are involved in the process (alfa beta gama), for us to be able to explain to our client how this factors behave in the general outcome of the process.
