How do we configure sampling procedures for pharma?

For example, I have 5 characteristics in my inspection plan each MIC needs a different sample while doing the inspection, eg 10kg materials received from the vendor I need to do an incoming inspection for all the 5 MIC I need 180grm (40, 40, 40, 30, 30) sample required. sometimes businesses won't do all the MIC inspections one or two MIC businesses will skip which means 120grm (40, 40, 40) is only required, in this scenario how we can plan the sampling procedure?

1) Is there any manual sampling procedure available in standard SAP?

2) and the next question is for the same scenario while doing UD from the 10kg we have already taken 180 or 120 grm as a sample then the system automatically calculates the balance QTY (9.820kg or 9.880kg) to post in unrestricted use.

For this scenario what kind of configuration do I need to make it?

Greetings,

the following master data is required

You need a sampling procedure for physical samples (QDV1)

You need a sample drawing procedure which supports partial samples (QPV2)

You need an inspection plan which combines sampling procedure, sample drawing procedure and inspection characteristics (QP01)

In my example I have prepared two operations which could so respond to two laboratories doing the sample analysis.

First laboratory inspects the packaging.

Second laboratory inspects the filling.

Once the inspection lot is created  the sample is calculated. Based on my sample drawing procedure two samples were created as shown in the picture bellow (QE51N).
