How data transfer from ECC or APO to SAP IBP SAP 6 mofel is that through CIF or any Thing else

Would you anybody help me understand how the data is transferring SAP IBP connecting to attributes and Key figure.

is that transferring through CIF or anything else if please give me some sample screen shots with example

It happens through HCI: Hana Cloud Integration. Please see the below landscape of IBP. You could see through HCI, IBP can talk to any application. Be it SAP or any other legacy system. HCI is like any other ETL tool...Extract-Transform-Load application

There's NO CIF concept applicable here, even APO has to talk to IBP through HCI only
