How can I set up a "direct formula rule" in TCCS of SAP TM?

I want to customize calculation method by using " direct formula rule" in TCCS. The formula will be Goods value * a value from a rate table. How can I realize the calculation method?

     Here we have the scenario similar to yours, and we deal with this situation in the method
"/ Scmtms / if_tcc_engine_badi ~ process_calculation_sheets"
