The unique id of the product is the sku+ product attribute. The one SKU had a incorrect attribute, so have a incorrect ID. Now we re-product a correct attribute for the SKU, so have a new unique ID. The KF value can't be copied to the new ID. So, how can I delete the old unique record?

Hello Siny.
please refer to the help page: Planning Objects - Deleting Planning Objects - to delete the planning object.
And if the erroneous master data in fact no longer exist, you can run the purge non confirming data job
