How can I delete the consolidation group from the goods in an HU?

Hello,

I have to delete the consolidation group of a material on a HU for the first time. I have tried it via the general packing table. But without success. I think there is a standard function in EWM for this. but I have not found it.

Hello Kai,

If it's a must-have requirement, then you can detach the consolidation group from details 1 screen of PACK transaction

sometimes goods are cancelled by the customer after picking. And is put back into storage.
In addition, there are goods in production that are specifically assigned to a production order but are no longer needed for it.
The goods must be available again for other delivery orders.

Is Consolidation group creating any issue during picking strategy ? Have you used consolidation group in picking stocks ?

Function Module- /SCWM/HUITM_ATTR_CHANGE can change consolidation group (create a program) or BADI-/SCWM/EX_HU_BASICS_PRODUCT during packing.

thx for your answer.

I am looking for a way for a user to detach the consolidation group from the HU. And I think manipulating tables is very dangerous. I myself am not experienced enough.

I have tried all kinds of workstations. I had hoped to be able to change or remove the consolidation group.
I have also not been able to do it via the stock reclassification.

There must be a way in EWM to detach goods from a consolidation group.

Just curious to know, why do you need to detach the consolidation group from HU ? Could you please state your process so someone from community could have provide better solution.

outbound process: release stock/Hu is an option. Did you see that.
