How can I assign operation from one resource to two or three resources using the “SAP_MULT_SCH”?

Hello, I have a question.

I am currently looking for a way to assign some operations on one resource to 2-3 resources using the “heuristic: SAP_MULT_SCH”.

We are exploring the possibility of using this heuristic to assign operations to two resources equally and to assign operations to resource A preferentially (only when resource A becomes overloaded will operations be assigned to resource B).
Also, are there any other heuristics that meet this requirement?

*I will show additional diagrams as I felt there was a lack of detail.
